Why great service starts with a great team
At CCF, everything we do is built around people and that includes our customers. That was the driving message behind our recent colleague conference, where teams from across the country came together to celebrate the achievements of the past year and look ahead to the future. Held at Telford International Centre, the theme Built Around You perfectly captured our commitment to putting people at the centre of everything, whether it’s our customers, our suppliers, or our colleagues.
The event was also an important moment to celebrate the individuals and branches who go above and beyond every day to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Because for us, great customer experience starts with great people.
This year’s awards recognised a wide range of contributions that all play a part in helping CCF deliver dependable service, technical support, and added value to customers and contracts across the UK. From local branch teams who keep projects moving, to drivers ensuring reliable and safe deliveries, every award winner helps raise the standard of what customers can expect from CCF.

The ceremony included:
Regional Branch of the Year awards across Scotland, North England, Central England, South West & Wales, London, and the South Coast & South East. These awards are an important way of celebrating local teams that consistently deliver excellent service, tailored support, and strong customer relationships.
Driver of the Year awards for each region which recognise our dedicated logistics teams who play a critical role in ensuring building materials arrive safely and on time. There were six winners from across our regions and from this group our overall winner was selected!
Customer-focused categories such as Sales Colleague of the Year and Supplier of the Year. These awards focus on the relationships, responsiveness, and product knowledge that set CCF apart.
Awards based around our company values including We Care, We Give Our Best to Be the Best, and We’re Better Together — all reinforcing the behaviours that underpin a great experience for every customer.
Plus, our Rising Star, Commitment to our Values awards, and the newly introduced Lifetime Achievement category which all highlight the passion, talent, and dedication that fuel continuous improvement across our business.
Behind every quote, delivery, and piece of product advice is a person who cares. That’s why this year’s conference wasn’t just a chance to reflect but was a reminder that our people are the reason customers trust CCF to get the job done, day in and day out.
