Strengthening our regional service with four senior appointments
CCF has started the new year by strengthening our regional leadership team with four senior internal appointments which will help to further enhance the support we offer customers across our UK-wide branch network.
Following a recent reorganisation, CCF has appointed four experienced regional directors from within the business who individually and collectively bring deep operational knowledge, strong regional insight and a shared commitment to the targeted service and support CCF provides customers across the country.

Our new senior leadership team comprises Central Regional Director Simon Williams who has been with CCF for over 18 years and has progressed his career with the company via a number of senior roles; South West Regional Director Craig Newman who joined CCF in 2019 and has nearly 40 years’ industry experience; North Regional Director Dan Morris who has been with CCF since 2015, gaining valuable knowledge and experience of working across CCF’s sales, branch, and operational teams before progressing to more senior regional leadership roles; and South East Regional Director Dave Callan, a valued member of CCF’s team for over a decade with extensive experience of developing the company’s regional and commercial sales functions. All familiar faces within the industry, the new team of regional directors have a real passion for unlocking best practice and best value solutions for CCF’s varied customer base of contractors, housebuilders and installers.
Well known within the industry, the new regional leadership team shares a clear focus on strengthening collaboration across branches and ensuring customers benefit from best-practice, competitive value and responsive local support. The regional directors will be responsible for mentoring and supporting branch, operational and sales teams, helping to drive efficiency, consistency and performance across the network.
A key part of the new regional structure and the role of the regional directors will be to allow us to continue to expand our product offering to supply customers with the interior building products they need to meet today’s exacting industry regulations, including fire protection solutions and energy-efficient insulation materials.
Commenting on the new appointments, CCF’s Managing Director Chris Knight said: “We are very fortunate to have so much knowledge and experience within the company and we are committed to developing this by providing opportunities for career progression and growth. All four of our new regional directors have proven time and time again that they not only thoroughly know our business and branch operations, but also have a deep understanding of our customers and their needs. By promoting from within, we have created a strong senior leadership team that is visible, hands-on and closely connected to our fantastic branch network. We are confident that both new and existing customers will reap the benefits.”
