Meet the team - Dave Callan

26th Feb 2026

Next up in our close up with the new leadership team, is Dave Callan, CCF’s new South East Regional Director. Having worked at CCF for over a decade and with experience of working with product suppliers and the wider Travis Perkins group prior to that, he’s got a lot to bring to the region. We caught up with Dave to find out more about him and his goals for 2026.

What’s your role at CCF?

I am CCF’s South East Regional Director and member of the company’s senior leadership team. I work closely with our regional branch, sales and operational teams to support customers across London and the surrounding areas. CCF currently has branches in Basildon, Borehamwood, Croydon, East London, Enfield, Harmondsworth, South Ruislip, Wandsworth, Ashford and Crawley, so as you can imagine it’s a pretty busy role!

How long have you been with CCF?

I have been involved in the wider Travis Perkins group since 2000, as I started my career as a management trainee and went on to hold numerous leadership roles before joining CCF in 2015. One of my first responsibilities at CCF was to open the Crawley branch. This hands-on experience, coupled with a brief tenure looking after regional sales for an insulation and drylining contractor in the South East, has given me a wealth of knowledge to take into my new role as one of CCF’s regional directors.

What do you think is the most important part of your job?

My job is to build on the strength that is already in place across the region by creating consistency through shared standards, priorities and ways of working. I see this as a very proactive role where visibility, both in terms of directly supporting our branch and sales teams and strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers, will be vital. There is a lot of talent within our regional teams and lots of great opportunities to work harder and more closely with our customers – I’m excited for what 2026 has in store!

Fun & Personal Insights

1. Do you have any new year’s resolutions?

To be more active and try new things.

2. What’s a hobby or passion you have outside of work, and how did you get into it?

My passion outside of work is Liverpool Football club and I followed them as all my family were Arsenal fans and I wanted to be different. No regret on that choice most of the time!

3. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Treat people how they want to be treated, not how you would want to be. I think this is really important as we all can have very different views on how we want to be treated by others.

4. What is the one app/website you can’t live without and why?

Sky Sports Scores - I would be lost without it when I can not watch the match!

5. What’s the best holiday or trip you’ve ever been on?

My 6 week honeymoon to Australia - it was an amazing trip where we somehow managed to visit all the major cities.
