What’s your role at CCF? 

I am a member of CCF’s senior leadership team and CCF’s North Regional Director, which means I have the privilege of overseeing one of our biggest geographical areas. From East Kilbride, Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland to Carlise, Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester, Scunthorpe, Leeds and Sheffield, our extensive branch network covers a lot of ground - making it easier for our customers to get the products and service they need. I’m thrilled to be playing a key role in developing the North region to be even bigger and better.

How long have you been with CCF?

I joined CCF in 2015 in an internal sales role at the Glasgow branch and have since progressed through a series of increasingly senior positions, including Branch Manager, Account Manager, Account Director and Regional Sales Director. This journey across sales, branch operations and regional leadership has given me a well-rounded understanding of our business, our people, our customers and the wider market.

What do you think is the most important part of your job?

I’ll be helping to shape CCF's strategic direction while leading and supporting the fantastic teams that are already in place across the North region. It’s a challenging time for the industry but a key priority for me will be to develop the region’s operational and commercial performance in 2026, ensuring the business is in pole position to deliver safely and efficiently to customers. 

I’ve got a great team to work with and I’m passionate about creating an environment where people feel confident to take ownership, challenge ideas and perform at their best. We all have the shared goal of wanting to go above and beyond for our customers and I want to ensure colleagues are empowered to deliver even stronger results.

1. Do you have any new year’s resolutions?

 A bit of a cliche I know but  I have started back at the gym! 

2. What’s a hobby or passion you have outside of work, and how did you get into it? 

I love watching football but the best way to spend spare time is with family and friends. We have two young children so we tend to do everything as a family together which is great.

3. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? 

No matter who you are speaking to, you are always selling in life.

4. What is the one app/website you can’t live without and why? 

Spotify -  I love the tunes on a long journey.

5. What’s the best holiday or trip you’ve ever been on? 

One of the best holidays is definitely Thailand but if I had to choose a trip it would be when I travelled to Seville to watch Rangers FC in the Europa League Final.
