Craig shares a cup of kindness this Christmas
Following the viral success of his bobble hat challenge last year, Craig Newman, Sales Director - South Region, is once again spreading festive cheer and goodwill with a brand-new charity campaign.
This time, Craig is collecting branded mugs to donate to local soup kitchens, helping those in need enjoy a hot drink in comfort this Christmas.
Craig has been putting the power of social media to great use once again and has been sharing his ‘mugshot selfies’ with every donation received. The campaign has already attracted fantastic support from suppliers and colleagues alike, with mugs arriving from across the country and the supply chain. To date, Craig has collected over 60 mugs!
Commenting, Craig said: "It’s amazing to see how something as simple as a mug can bring people together to support such an important cause. The response has been brilliant, and I’m so grateful to everyone who’s joined in."
Craig will be delivering the donated mugs to his local Salvation Army community kitchens over the festive break, where they’ll be used to serve warm meals and drinks to those who need them most.
