Every CCF branch team includes a variety of different job roles designed to keep our branches working in fantastic order. From our branch managers and sales counter teams, to delivery drivers and warehouse operatives, our CCF branch teams work together to fulfil orders and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

As the face of the CCF business, the branch teams build many personal relationships with customers and become the go to interior building and insulation products destination for construction professionals in the local area.

Technical Team


Instrumental to answering technical queries and finding the most appropriate and compliant building solutions based on the project brief, the Technical Team here at CCF ensure that customers always have access to high quality specification advice and support. Collectively the team have in excess of 100 years of construction industry experience, with a variety of manufacturers and also within distribution.

By having close involvement from the early stages of projects, the team can help the design teams by ensuring that the best value solutions are used for each project depending on the specific requirements in each case.

Not only does the team support customers across a variety of small and large projects, all CCF branches nationwide are supported by the team, who can help to provide the technical insight needed to also answer questions received at the trade counter.

No matter the query, the CCF Technical Team can advise across a variety of topics including insulation, dry lining, fire protection and ceilings and can provide U-value and condensation risk calculations and guidance on Building Regulations.

Business Development Team


Looking after the pipeline of new customers and working in cooperation with our CCF branches nationwide, the Business Development Team is an important part of our commitment as a business to strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers.

The team specialises in exploring the best ways to give our customers the greatest possible service when they choose to work with us. From the management of our new customer experience to keeping existing customers abreast of the ways CCF can support their business, the Business Development Team are always busy sourcing information, managing projects and delivering on our Completely Customer Focused ethos.

Furthermore, the team plays an important role in exploring new markets for CCF to enter into. This ensures that we are always one step ahead, finding new and exciting ways to provide an even better range of products and services.

National Sales Team


The goal of the CCF National Sales Team is to deliver a Completely Customer Focused experience by offering unparalleled sales support and advice at every stage of an order.

Strategically placed across the UK, the knowledgeable CCF National Sales Team work closely with the CCF branch network to support customers to get what they need by dealing with sales related enquiries promptly.

The team are able to provide a full range of services from product insight, through to final pricing, meaning that all enquiries are handled from the beginning through until the end.

For large project briefs, the National Sales Team are centrally positioned within the CCF business to help provide customers with trusted support on the most appropriate choice of systems, quantity and supplier. The National Sales Team then connects the customer with the CCF branch that has availability of the solution chosen and is local to them to fulfil their order.

With an excellent level of industry and product knowledge, the National Sales Team keep their skills updated by frequently undergoing supplier training. This insight is then applied to add value throughout the sales process.

Bringing together the breadth of CCF’s products and services, the National Sales Team are at the heart of each transaction and will be there to help every step of the way.

Framework Team


Responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing Framework Partnerships nationally, the Framework Team has a thorough understanding of the industry and market to help ensure that CCF always remains competitive for our customers to do business with us.

Predominantly working with national housebuilders and main contractor businesses, the Framework team not only helps to agree favourable trading terms for each customer account, but also provide innovative solutions to meet individual customer needs.

To do this, the team works closely with Key Account Managers across the local CCF branch network and the CCF National Sales Team. By maintaining strong relationships with a variety of colleague and customer stakeholders, the Framework Team ensure that opportunities to provide added-value services for customers are maximised.

Always on a mission to build mutually beneficial partnerships, the Framework Team also helps to seek out and introduce new product ranges to meet customer demand. This allows CCF to continue expanding its offering and provide a market-leading range of products and services.
