CCF and Celotex have joined forces to successfully win a multi-million pound supply chain agreement with Persimmon Homes, providing insulation for the new homes the company will be building this year.
Persimmon is one the UK’s largest Housebuilders, with plans to build 10,000 new homes nationwide this year. With an offering that includes ‘affordable’ starter homes through to large family houses, a strong stance on delivering quality and a clear emphasis on sustainability, Persimmon is set to ride through the current climate relatively unscathed.
CCF will be supplying Celotex insulation to Persimmon for all of these units. Celotex GA3000 - in thicknesses of 75mm and 100mm - will be used in the floors and roofs and Celotex CW3000 will be used at a thickness of 50mm to provide the cavity wall insulation.

Celotex’ continued product and market development will be further demonstrated by the introduction of a state of the art laminating at its production site in Suffolk this month. Paul Evans, Product Manager, stated “We clearly underestimated the market size and opportunity for our PL3000 thermal laminate range. This facility will boost our capacity and represents significant capital investment to increase our product and service offering”.
