Tradeline range extensions offer more drywall solutions
A series of new products from Tradeline, CCF's drywall solutions range, widens the choice for drywall installers. Tradeline products include galvanised metal sections, drywall fixings and anchors, paper joint tape, metal corner tape, fibremesh tape, sanding paper, intumescent and acoustic sealant, access panels and timber products.
The Tradeline brand of galvanised metal section, which was launched in January 2006, has already proven itself in numerous new build and refurbishment, commercial, industrial and domestic housing applications. This comprehensive range of MF Ceiling systems, stud and track partitioning systems, wall-liner systems, angles, channels, resilient bars and acoustic studs, gives installers the performance they expect at a price that helps them win new business. Tradeline metal sections have been tested with all UK manufacturers plasterboard products and conform to the relevant building standards.
The extension of the Tradeline range reflects the brand's determination to provide reliable drywall solutions from a nationwide team of helpful and knowledgeable staff. As new products and technologies come on the market, the Tradeline range will further expand to include them.
Building on experience and success in drywall materials
At the heart of the Tradeline range are the metal studs and track systems that create strong, compact, lightweight non-load-bearing wall divisions, and the wall liners and perimeter tracks that conceal services, even out surface irregularities and line bare walls. MF ceiling systems are also a well established method for installing solid plasterboard ceilings.
Tradeline metal sections help provide system solutions. An accompanying technical manual shows installers how to meet the appropriate building standards using the metal sections. As well as stud and track and MF systems, the manual includes methods for constructing high performance walls, shaft encasement systems and acoustic stud applications.
Independently tested for reliable performance
Where appropriate, Tradeline metal section system solutions have been tested or assessed by independent accredited laboratories. These products therefore meet the relevant British standards, which means that installers can be confident that it will perform exactly as required.
Drywall fixings for all your needs
The Tradeline range now includes a comprehensive selection of drywall fixings including sharp-point and self-drill screws, wafer- and pan-head screws, all packed in convenient boxes. For those who need larger quantities, a popular range of bulk-pack fixings and collated fine and coarse-thread drywall screws is also available. Other popular items include metal nail-in anchors, nylon hammerfixings, roofing nuts and bolts and plasterboard metal drivas, all of which are suitable for use with all drywall manufacturers' systems.
The range also includes wall and ceiling access panels. Tradeline access panels suit various wall types including dry lining, plasterboard skim, plastered masonry, ceramic tiled walls and locations subject to one- and two-hour fire-rated performance specifications.
Among the latest additions to the Tradeline accessory range are paper joint tape and metal corner tape. And, to help finish the jointing process, there's a choice of 100 grit and 120 grit sanding paper. Also, our popular 2-in-1 multisealant for intumescent and acoustic applications now comes in a 900ml cartridge as well as the existing 310ml option.

There are plenty more Tradeline products in the pipeline. We'll soon be introducing a range of timber stud infill for metal stud systems and 12mm and 18mm thick sheet plywood. These products will be especially suitable for installers who need back-fix solutions to plasterboard drywall systems.
