Our history

SLBM was founded in 1986 and as an independent, family owned company, distributed flooring, insulation and drywall solutions nationwide. A business built to service the needs of plastering and screeding contractors achieved a reputation for quality and service throughout the UK.

In September 2007 SLBM was acquired by CCF Ltd, the supplier for interior specialists. Part of the Travis Perkins Group, CCF offers a complete service and an extensive product range including ceilings,drywall, insulation, partitioning and fire protection and today a range of specialist flooring solutions to interior specialists, contractors and builders.
