CCF's nominated Charity is Happy Days, a national children's charity dedicated to providing holidays, residential trips, days out and theatre trips for disadvantaged young people aged 3 to 17 with special needs.
They offer help to children from a range of backgrounds and cultures with learning difficulties, physical or mental disabilities and with acute, chronic or life limiting illnesses. They also support young people who have been abused or neglected, witnessed domestic violence, been bereaved or act as carers for a parent or a sibling.
Since they were established in 1992, Happy Days has brought a little happiness into the lives of more than 90,000 young people, but there are many more waiting for our help. Will you help us to help them?
Each branch will be doing its bit to reach our overall target of £30,000 by shaving their heads, running quizzes and raffles, and stuffing bottles with guess-how-many fittings. Please contact your local branch for more details.
